Yeah, no way this is getting printed in English. Racism, terrorism, (what amounts to) ethnic cleansing, and invasive culture, on top of all the other negative topics in this series, are not exactly a mixture that sounds like it'd sell well. Publishers are probably saying "hell no" to this lol.

It's been barely more than a year since the series debut. Admittedly, I haven't paid too much attention to this, but I was under the impression that's sort of a minimum time it takes for most series to reach the overseas market. I know for a fact it used to be much longer. Anyway, I'm sceptic about any claims about the series being too controversial to be picked up, at least at this point.
