The intention of framing Namamoto as Kitami's fake sister could be that it unlocks a situation where Lally tries to force Kitami to kill his own surrogate sister. The same way his brother tried to kill him in the car accident. Because in the bottom Lilly was kinda of a POS who tried to take down his own brother. By becoming better than Lilly Kitami beats Lally
In fact Lally's obsession with forcing Kitami to kill his friends probably revolves around Lilly trying to kill Lally himself

I think it would be hilarious if Lally finds out where they are travels to the moon while the Kitami and gang are sent back to earth . Kitami even more stressed having to escape the moon back to earth while Lally makes it to the moon and no one's there

I'm gonna be honest that would be a really strange direction to take things considering those "native moon species" presumably didn't exist until like 10 years ago, or whenever the aliens showed up.
