Honestly, I think it's more likely to be whoever or whatever is responsible for his reincarnation in the first place blocking her access to his memories than something Aria did. Would make sense for whatever force caused that to want to make sure nobody can hack in to see anything about his previous life and reincarnation; conversely, Aria might not have much cause to think he has any knowledge worth going that far to protect in the first place.
