The commoners likely don't have the means for doping, so the Prince could easily just stonewall any attempts at fair play insuranceI find it interesting that the rules allow for doping with magic items pre-match.You think the Princess and Prince would want to prevent this.
If you're gonna make a power fantasy isekai manga you might as well have the main character actually do stuff with his overpowered-ness, it's chapter 43 and I think he's done a grand total of 3 things?Holy HELL, finally! If I had to wait for this chapter by chapter, week by week when it was caught up I would've probably snapped my own neck with how much this manga blue balls the reader. Been waiting for MC to do literally anything and now the time has come...
The problem is that when you create an isekai with one overpowered MC and team him with four others is that whenever those people fight you just ask “when are we going to get to Goku”Finally, arguably possibly the worst tournament arc I have ever seen has ended. Just how many chapters did we need to dedicate to the joke of "shounen school protagonist and his commoner team, uses effort to unexpectedly beat nobles ...except lol, that's obviously not how the real world works and they are actually just random one-off side-chars in this story"?
The main issue is that those chars are also just new chars that just appeared. And we are sitting here reading it as if you just picked up a shounen magic-school manga mid-tournament arc 3 volumes in. With all the "nakamah powah" being done among unknown chars, where they talk about "oohh, look at the character progression for char D! They have grown and truly thinks of ppl as their friends now!" and stuff. But we haven't seen them being standoffish and stuff. The problem is that when you create an isekai with one overpowered MC and team him with four others is that whenever those people fight you just ask “when are we going to get to Goku”
It takes real good writing to make people fall in love with Mumen Rider. I just don’t really feel that here.
holy damn, they are really milking this needless tournament arc.It ends at chapter 52, MC fights 4 other nobles, the first 3 are a curbstomb, and the last seemingly a hard fight but MC has the advantage later on.
