y'know, I thought this was going to have a sad ending like the daughter passed away as a kid or something like that, but this was a very nice change of pace. just an older couple and a very literal slice of their life. good stuff, thanks for the tl.

Definitely one of those oneshots where you start wondering, "Am I about to get suckerpunched emotionally?" part way through.
