Ok, I guess that's a good explanation of some sort. She was just being delusional about being dead, despite y'know all the physical sensation she was experiencing and the worries of bodily pain. But delusions aren't meant to be logical to begin with.

I'm still wondering if I'm right on this turning into some weird love triangle between her, this guy who's just bossing her around and the one guy she met who ran away. As for why I'm counting the guy who ran away? Just the concept of the first person you meet in an isekai is intended to hold some significance in the story.
