"Dropped" manga showing up under other categories

I looked on my Follows list and set the "Manga" list over to "Reading". The manga "Nagatoro-san Doujins" (https://mangadex.org/title/23272/nagatoro-san-doujins) appeared at the end of the list, but was clearly marked "Dropped". I had just set it "Dropped" maybe than 15-20 minutes earlier.

I was able to correct it by resetting it to "Reading", then back to dropped, but I figured you might want to know this was occurring.
