Isn't the answer is simple? Start a fundraiser business.
Give a reason for people to think their money is used for good cause, that they are taking part in something 'positive' that they can be proud of.
And the donated money? Donate a part of it while keep some change for yourself in secret, show some hard evidence and write ALL MONEY DONATED. No one outside knows how much money has entered the donation box but the inner people anyway.
How else a non profit organizations keep growing and stay afloats?
