The monster that devoured the bully was Writhing Bone Ghoul. The people who used to play this game long ago might remember that creature.

The monster that greeted Win at the end was Jashin, his partner creature from the original Duel Masters Win anime. He's the leader of the Abyss demons including the "Book=Ragirup" card I showed above. He has already been depicted in multiple cards.
