The sign doesn't say 00%, it says OO% (O being the Japanese "censorship character" - so basically the one who drew or filled in the sign didn't know what figures should be there so they just put in OO instead - probably it was an assistant helping out with that bit)

I've always thought about this but never commented it .. why do their eyes look like they were drawn by a manhua artist? .. they are so far apart and their eyes look crossed and not aligned makes them look autistic 🤣 I thought this was a manhua only feature .. I think this is the first time I see it in a manga lol
