Last chapters almost "I love you" feels way more ominous now.

I think the marriage is only failing financially. There's definitely love between Ounce and Wiss.

His armor has "Go dad" on it, that means this is post kids. This dose put the previous chapter in more context as Uncle (the sword) was watching for her to say "I love you"

Overall I think the sword was transformed by by the purity of Ounce's wish.
