Spoiler: explanation

They're not actually married, the gimmick is that they had six kids because of a one-night stand and since they care about the kittens they decided to be a family. However, they won't admit that they love each other even though they very much do (proper tsunderes 👍) and have been caring for each other for a while.

It has that DnD-inspired isekai fantasy setting with swords, Elves, dungeons, a demon king and stuff but I don't think it has a negative influence on the story, rather it's part of the story.

The first 12 chapters seem to be very much about the family stuff.

The lore is kinda insane with the Warhammer 40k-ish and some other stuff. Also has some cute, funny and emotional moments.
Sure it's not the greatest thing ever in terms of writing but it's fun and feels good.
