a monster "almost" kills Sayaka, as in, she is dying, but not yet dead, and MC tries to get through the gate where the monsters are coming through, because inside there he would be able to use magic, however, the gates are considered 1-way gates, but he is able to force himself through, and use magic to kill all monsters, carry Sayaka's body inside the dungeon where he can use healing magic, and she survives.

Spoiler: And about the ecchi part

If this follows the webnovel, there will be no seggs... EVER. Lots of fanservice, but MC is incredibly dense, and will never grab the chance.
