Yep, i do not know why the publisher forced their artist to do the same thing over and over, there are some artists that at least try something different, but all these isekai feels the same copy-paste with the same redundant clichè.
I do not hate isekai, i like fantasy settings, ecchi or not, harem or not, but at least put more efford and make it more original. Also all these works have some chapters translated then abandoned (can't blame the scanlators).
