That seems like nearly no practical value for combat then. It's an extra life to scout with that presumably has some weakened downtime, but the advantage of two spellcasters or two fighters would never make up for raw power.

Given what we know in the manga, she might lose access to her magic, but a large fraction of her power is coming from the magic stones. Maybe she'll go down to under Revis levels of power?

We have seen Bell with his arm in a cast in the chapters 113-4, and this arc is over before the start of the Festival.
The expedition for the 60th level only happens after the wargame.
