I'm gonna be that guy and say all those deaths could have been avoided if they had involved the Hestia Familia.
Welf has Will-o-Wisp, a spell that disrupts and explodes the mana inside the caster. That could have (theoretically) had the same effect that Fels' trickery had of making the demispirit explode from the inside out.

Hestia Familia was not involved for 1st assault due to the Mission [Season 4]

They already returned to surface per chapter 113/114.
This is the 2nd assault.
However, they are pretty much resting post to damage of that Middle Floor Mission.

Well, the main series anime adaptation work so well that continuing the manga become redundant and instead it is a waste of resource. Meanwhile Oratoria is the opposite of it, i dont know if it's intended or it's just that the anime popularity isnt that high making them only continuing the manga adaptation
