I was thinking that its either her, o persephone, since you know, greek gods and all that, it wouldnt make much sense for a god from another pantheon to have a grudge here.
But enyo has to be a god, otherwise it also makes no sense how they tricked several gods, who are supposed to see through mortal's lies.

Possibly. The Demi-Spirits have been presented as plant-like beings, and Persephone is known as the Goddess of Spring, associated with growth, and fertility. If Demeter produced the grapes for the wine, that's a pretty strong implication that she's heavily involved. Perhaps for Persephone's sake. Or Demeter could be directly responsible for everything, and Persephone might not be involved at all.

Ouranos (Uranus) is more of a primordial being than a god, father of the Titans (Kronos) and the grandfather of the Greek/Roman gods, which include Hades. He had nothing to do with the whole Persephone affair.

No you're most likely right, the only female Greek god associated with grapes is Demeter, so the Persephone-payback angle is still valid.

Does the gods here actually ever have good connection to their Real life lore counterparts?

The only thing I remember with Demeter in Danmachi is that she is one of the Goddesses revered during the Harvest festival, alongside Freya and two others, Bell had a bad premonition when he saw the 4 goddess the first time, one because he can('t?) feel that Gaze from Freya (?), the others, I can't remember what he thought exactly, but I guess Harvest Fest is one of the next arc after this?

(can't believe even in the mortal realm it's all the goddesses that's creating the biggest havoc left and right XD )

I read the main story of Danmachi but I haven't read LN of Sword Oratoria, I'm wondering now whether I should just continue on this same moment on LN or not.

Also anyone reading the Astraea Records? I'm always slightly less motivated when reading stories filled with people who's already dead but I guess if Lyu is the MC, it'd be more bearable, and if it somehow connects to why Lyu suddenly become lvl 6 in Danmachi vol 18. I wonder is it because she join another Familia or did she managed to find Astraea and bring back her Justice?

Astrea record story is based on the story in danmemo (gacha game). We still don't know if the story will continue after it pass the story we got from danmemo.

I played the gacha, so I can't speak to the quality of the official LN adaptation (actually I can, fuck the translator, fuck the names he chose), but the gacha version is excellent. It takes place a year or two prior to when the Astraea Familia was killed off, and covers the original war against Evilus.

As for Demeter, it's worth noting that she has gotten a dedicated event before in Danmemo. In it, she blackmails several first class adventurers into attacking a casino that Freya is visiting in order to kidnap her. The reason? Freya had been ignoring her invites to go to a health spa with her. At the end of the story, Freya remarks that Demeter is one of the most frightening goddesses she knows.

One thing that could be a curve ball is the other pantheons. Loki is Norse after all. Several others are or have been from other pantheons. But yeah, most of the other major players outside of Loki have been players have been Greek, even if not necessarily Olympian.

But it could turn out to be Odin. Or go Egyptian
