B seems likely since Revis keeps bringing up Aria, and it could be info/desire she's getting from the demi-spirit that's keeping her alive. It may be that the demi-spirit needs Ais to make itself a "full" spirit or something. And this all may be related to A as well in a way we can't see yet. Hard to say with the limited info we have on Ais' and her parents' situation.

Well duh that's the point of Sword Oratoria being a spin off.
Bell's story is a Hero's Epic, it's meant to be about His tribulations and His Growth, until he's capable to be called as a true Hero of Orario. Of course he got nothing to do with the front line's problems, the point of the main story is about the progress of him catching up to Aiz. He simply ain't there yet, he's only barely lvl 5 in the latest LN.
Only when he does will both story probably combine into one IMO.

There's plenty of girls willing to be with Bell, it's just they (especially Hestia) are kinda break-checking each other, and even when Bell is confessed to, he refused them, he doesn't want to be tied to anyone when he's still chasing after Aiz. (I guess the girls kinda know this thus only one actually managed to confess)

His strength and exp buff literally will stop when he choose to stop chasing Aiz after all.
I wonder really how the author will solve this harem conundrum.

Aside from what Sp12er said, even in universe Bell can't be involved that much in the big events because his familia isn't involved. It's a tiny familia of little power, plus the patron deity isn't exactly known for her mental faculties, so other gods and goddesses wouldn't really ask for her input. So, Bell only ever gets involved by coincidence. Of course he's far too famous for one not being involved that much, but that's the MC power for you. It has been depicted by the series (all of them) quite well, though.
