If you're curious about what happens next:

He'll ask to go meet with the dude's father, and basically pit them against one another, by turning them desperate to blame each other, dude calling out his father for bailing him out despite knowing he was the one who did it, and so on. Then they sorta start trying to murder each other cause he says to do so, and they instantly pounce one another, and I think the dad wins, and he sorta just leaves, feeling disgusted at how easily they sell out one another, and try to kill each other to save their own ass.

Then the sword, who was feasting on the village is found near the local river I believe. Ate enough to trigger another transformation, and it takes the shape of a woman. They talk for a bit and then, miss yandere comes in and murders her, and fucks over the MC, raging at him once again and then he is killed and brought back inside the dungeon due to his save point.

Of course it ends up back at the dungeon and she shows up again. That's pretty underwhelming ngl.

Spoiler: summary cuz it's been a real while since I last read the novel

So basically the sword asks MC if she looks beautiful in that form, but she looks really deformed. In response the MC replies that she does, but she doesn't believe him anyway since it's a pretty blatant lie. After this the sword is completely gone and in some shenanigans I can't remember right now, the MC gets transported WAAAAAAY back in time to when the hero party was trying to defeat the demon king.

So, if this is true about him going back does that mean that Ageha knew him BEFORE he entered the dungeon in her time which is the whole reason she loved him after being released from the seal? Was she showing her affection for him thinking he was the Kisha she knew from her time? So many questions! Which leads me to a bigger one: did Ageha have something to do with the murder of the girl he loved and was going to run away with? I wonder if she got her murdered and him framed for it because she didn’t want him leaving… oh no no no.
