If he always spawned back at that same original moment, it's either the stake becomes too high at this point to lose everything and go back once again - story will go no where; or, the stake now becomes nothing because we'll just get a time skip to him getting back to some point of the story instead. His death will becomes meaningless.

That's foreshadowed in a few chapters ago already.
The humanification doesn't seems to carry on fully though, just trace of it - but this is the furthest the sword had gone so far, so even just trace could be huge still.

BUT...
This just occurred to me. In this scenario... the sword will be in the same position as Judith, and Ageha will likely come destroy the sword right away when MC reach it, won't she? How the heck will MC level up this time? Even with all kind of experience he has so far, without proper weapon, it'll be difficult to fight properly. Try to reconcile with Ageha somehow?

without looking at next raws... an egg that size can't mean anything good. You know, the bigger the egg, the larger the trouble it contains. This thing could easily spawn a dragon sized monster. Whatever's inside and no matter what happens in the village once it hatches - the ruckus might very well trigger Ageha to wake up. Then, since the dungeon boss got killed this time, maybe Judith (and Ageha) can both leave the dungeon and intervene.

I only hope Kiska's save point gets updated to the moment he leaves the dungeon. He struggled a lot to get there, so he should at least get some reward. Otherwise if it always starts at the original point, mc will likely turn into a ruthless monster himself, not caring who he sacrifices to make it end. I mean, if this time doesn't work either, there's likely no good way out at all.

From what I can remember in the LN, the sword didn't fully gain human form and she was unhappy about it and disappeard/ran away/my memory is too fuzzy. No banging with sword waifu guys 😔
