For a moment I thought maybe the Dark Ageha had been possessed by a parasitic weapon.

Most likely from the start, she was fully yandere as soon as she meet MC and I'm guessing this is the very reason why she was sealed away. Could be split personality created during her journey to save the world, or it could be her default personality and the "fake" Ageha is something she created in other to gain affection.

Either way, this is basically why I don't like horror stories. It's power fantasy but in reverse, the plot bends over backwards for the antagonist just allowing them to do whatever.
