If this goes anything like the WN, it's going to be a shit fest of repetitive pain train, and a lot of convoluted story lines due to the constant "save scum" ability.
Like 90% of the women here are batshit insane and/or betrays the MC. And like the 1 girl that's not insane and actually decent ... well so far it doesn't end well for her.

I'm liking the direction this's taken
Sad about the potential forever-pause on the true waifu plotline, but this has gotten so much more interesting

You know, the start is pretty rough, and the name is misleading, but it actually turned out pretty interesting.

It's a save & reset type story like Re:Zero and other Regressor fantasies, but not everything resets so everything shifts a little each time. It isn't just a static puzzle to solve, but a world to interact with and try to figure out why things do or don't work and what can and can't change. There's also seemingly other people who can Save & Reset, but it seems to work differently between users. The MC feels a little stupid, especially early on, but he's getting better about it.

It's neat. I hope it doesn't get too mired in hopelessness, as there are a lot of bad ends, but it does feel like it's still building to something.

Oh boy! All the females will take on the obsessive traits. Or die trying it seems.
I really liked the first female that died... his childhood friend / fiancee.
She was truly obsessed with him after she lost what made her precious.
But died to soon before showing her broken personality too much.

So...basically Dark Souls but with Nemesis system on top?

It's LitRPG with more of a Re:Zero feel. The only thing I don't like about this story is the title. It doesn't at all represent what actually happens, and it comes off like this story is going to be mindless yandere slop when that's far from the case (in most cases).

This is the first manga I've read. First comment I've left on a mangadex forum. I REALLY can't wait for more of this. I expected it to just be all nsfw goonbait from the post I saw on ifunny that got me interested, lol, but it's really not. Obv some characters are skimpy dressed but it's not in your face, except for the few times it really is, which is fine and handled well in the story.

Some of the complaints I'm reading on this are absolutely ridiculous lmao. Someone really complaining on the previous page of comments about why the MC wasn't executed and why he's able to thumb the eyes of monsters? Well firstly, he's sent to the dungeon as a more cruel form of execution as they plainly state, probably because of the severity of the crime he's accused of and because of the persecution of his people. And for thumbing their eyes... I mean it doesn't work out well for him at one point, and you don't have to be some high-tier warrior for your thumb to destroy an eyeball. At this point I feel like some of these people are just upset because the manga doesn't pop out of the screen and give em a handy. I'd like to see what some of these goobers consider good manga.

Actually. This is not bad, at first I thought it'd be just some fan service return by death BS when seeing allat exposure. (A chap 1-34 comment)

The MC has one goal and that is revenge, that's all. but this stupid story writer adds endless problems for the MC just to make him suffer. (the same type of shitty manga creator as AOT) btw I will be happy if there is news of another massacre of Japanese people with nuclear bombs because these stupid people deserve it lol

Whats wrong with you?

As a person who watched a recap on this manga till chapter 15 and then read till chapter 35(using Google translate for the latest chapter with out English), I think I can give a fare review. For the people who left many comments on this manga clearly without reading at all, this is actually how it is.

It's not a harem and I don't know why it had that tag. It has multiple female characters that interact with the MC but rarely at the same time and in general they don't show that much romance in the manga. While he is edgelord at times, they seem to have stopped that after he went back in time. He did massacre his entire village and tormented the person who raped and killed the first person he loved, but that was honestly kinda deserved and far less horrible than what the MC of Redo of Healer does. He stays fairly innocent besides that one slip up of complete vengefulness. Don't worry he died and the time reset so it didn't happen. As for the Re:Zero, I've never watched or read it I couldn't say how similar it is, but based on what I've seen, probably not that much.

Now for my actual opinion of it, I'll avoid describing what happens in the story to avoid more than one spoiler in this comment(but are probably some more). It was great at the beginning, but then after a 100 year time skip to the past he now has to worry about protecting other people to prevent the world from getting destroyed. I just felt this was a major shift from how the story was going before. But the biggest problem was how stupid the MC was in the during his time in the past. He wasn't actually that stupid, he just missed one crucial advantage he could have by being able to save and reset when he dies. He can off himself when ever he wants or should, but he doesn't! That's the whole reason he even got sealed during this time, he didn't think to snap his neck to get out of the situation. Now I would be more angry at this manga if it ended at chapter 34, but chapter 35 relieved some of my anger.

Anyways 8/10, just wished it made some better decisions. Honestly hope it goes strong.
