In the kakuyomu/hameln version (different portions of the story are posted at each site), he eventually gets into intimate relationships with pretty much every girl and every summoned spirit. However, it's important to note that version begins with contracts being formed via the drawing of incantation circles on the summoned spirit, not via intercourse. It isn't until he summons Snow's younger sister and contracts with her via a circle that she reacts to him with puzzlement, pointing out how much more direct and more powerful the contract is when completed with an exchange of fluids between mucous membranes, which our still-virginal MC is surprisingly not against (this is how you know it's seinen). After that point, the manga and WN seem to merge timelines from what i can glean via the raws.

It's actually refreshing to see a situation where the protagonist isn't treated as an accessory to his summons, with everyone treating him like shit.
