The "sex on the beach" recipe I'm familiar with uses 2 parts vodka, 2 parts orange juice, 2 parts cranberry juice, and 1 part peach schnapps.

After looking into it, I did find an alternative recipe in the Mr. Boston Official Bartender's Guide: 1 part vodka, 2 parts pineapple juice, 1 part Chambord, and 1 part Midori, then stir and top with cranberry juice. It seems like a completely different cocktail, but it sounds quite tasty.

You are also looking at this from a male perspective from our world. Our MC has had time to adapt to the social roles of that world. If he was dropped in then and there I guarantee you he would've jumped for it in a heartbeat similar to how he took to Chris as she was the first woman in that new world to show him any affection or attention. Swap the genders and it makes more sense; the desired female can and would be picky about partner choices. Why settle for just anybody. Any advance from the MC would rarely be turned down, so he can be selective and turn down the common rough and tumble soldiery in favor of the more talented command staff with pedigree.

But he is from our world. Culturally and biologically, he doesn't need to be picky. It's not like the guys in this world are the ones who have to worry about getting pregnant. I'm not expecting him to pimp himself out every night, but being able to resist Leanne's advances, especially between chapters 14 and 15 when it was just the two of them, is quite impressive, especially for a manga with this much fanservice.
