@clar05 yes its a drug that gives +25% damage when taken but is highly addictive

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't anyone say a few chapters ago that you can essentially remove your bounty if you pay enough? If so why isn't he telling his friend to do it? So that the prince doesn't know that he lives? But if so then if a friend or a stranger removes his bounty isn't that enough to not alarm the prince and he could after that just change locations a bit to avoid getting discovered.

@Ey_man His friends would be the one in danger, not him. Even if they paid it the prince would be informed and you know what a scumbag he is, probably threaten them or something.. Might also take them as hostage to bait Stetch too, and other situations you could think of. Even if Stetch tried to fight the prince I doubt he's prepared enough to do so yet.

And as the artifact said, his skills (from him)are still at basic level but they can evolve to what Stetch needs, meaning he needs to raid more dungeons to absorb the artifacts. His bounty is just a trivial matter at this point.
