I don't think this is anything less fucked up than what has been shown in previous chapters. This manga has no qualms about showing ugly sides of characters/humanity in general, but it doesn't mean it's condoning these things. I also think there should be a place for art that has disturbing content in it, because if fundamentally art is a reflection of our world (or of ourselves within it), then we can't just skip over what is a significant part of it, just because we don't like seeing it.
