I believe all the captions written underneath are from the author, where he's discussing the edits that had to be made for the tankoubon. I've searched for the original cels in Japanese that he's referring to but can't find them anywhere. Weirdly though, I found a chapter on another reader site in French that has the original uncensored cels of Misty without the towel as well as the one in the middle with Brock, but the girl on the right still has the regular outfit (no poke'boobs ).
