5 chapters to go. Really feeling that it was about to be axed during this chapter.
And actually, both vibe and art style of this adaptation reminded me of another short-lived adaptation (which just get abruptly concluded recently) which is this manga here.
You can really feel the sharpness of that axe as the chapters went on 😆

Hahah yeah, it was one of those released in sub-chapters in almost a monthly basis then suddenly it was marked as "completed" last year. The art was overall bad (especially how the monsters were drawn) and I can even feel the author of the source LN probably requested for it to be terminated due to the bad quality.
Though I have to say, there are even adaptation out there that are still not axed even though they barely get to make a chapter for a year. I guess bad artists can have the axe delivered earlier than the really good ones.
Well anyway, thanks for taking this one until the end! More power!

Ah yes - now I remember, that 'By Reading Manga' one.
Makes me also think that this publishers really know which mangaka to get when they only plan to make a manga adaptation just a simple promotion for the source material. Well silver lining is it also helps train mangakas and gives them experience in the field.
