If not for her resisting Cyril's advances, they could be married already. She's just not ready for romance yet. If Kuu happens to be, who can Lucie blame? Not that I'd expect Cyril to suddenly switch to another girl when he went as far as naming the elven nation after Lucie. Still, it's kind of two-faced, from Lucie, to blame Cyril for looking for another girl when she keeps withholding her answer to his proposal.Blugh.
Here comes the Harem tag, even though the elf girl is the obvious best choice for every reason.
Not just that Cyril named the country after Lucie, but that Lucie explicitly reminds Cyril of his dead elf lover. If not for her resisting Cyril's advances, they could be married already. I don't think it's two faced at all to expect the love of your life to wait until you're ready to accept their feelings.
Oh, sorry, I thought this comment thread was on a later chapter.Cyril is not Lucie's love of her life. She hasn't been sure if she really loves him romantically at all. So, she has kept him waiting, for months, in a world where they could all be dead a week later if the empire happened to get really angry and sent an army of ten thousand to deal with the elves once and for all. That's what I called sort of two-faced: she refuses to answer his confession for months, so is she utterly blameless if he can't keep waiting anymore?
Unfortunately I can't comment on the rest of your post because you are basically spoiling the following chapters.
