And the Wind Spirit King is in love with a human.

All the Spirit Kings seem to all want to spend time with humans in one form or another. Not that different from El when you get down to it.

No, it's intentionally vague.
My guess I that Minerva is going to become a god soon or that she regrets making a contract with somebody who she expects to die soon.
Only time will tell :>
