@DestinyFucker Or, since ShindoL often takes a dark road but usually ends up with an ending leaning (minimally) towards happiness, then how she survives is reasonably easy. (But doesn't make for as good a manga as just ending it ambigously)
CCTV spotted the actual robbery so by the last scenes, someone (maybe a policeman) is pretty much right outside to see what is happening. Hospital is nearby so ambulance can pick her up in time to rescue her.
Hospital bills ain't a problem because she had her bag of cash (tracked again through footage of the deposit boxes, if it wasn't caught right after the loss), but also possible that rich parents of the crazy kids pay to cover up (else they'd be on the news a long time - and she'd make some money by selling her story anyway). She might also luck out and get a shrink who gets interested in her story (or smells a future book deal) and helps her out to become reasonably clean. (Although it does happen that people who have truly hit rock bottom can use that experience to simply become clean on their own.)
So the only uncertainty in this case is whether the kid is the one she was expecting here, or if it is a future or even adopted kid. But with her history she'd be unlikely to get to adopt, and if it was a future kid then she should at least know who the father was, so maybe neo-natal care succeeded.
tl/dr - she could survive, but she would have to be lucky (people can survive a lot*, and she's already proven she's a survivor), the baby might also survive, but they would both have to be really lucky. But it could happen. (And if you believe in Karma she was probably due some luck.)
I just felt I had to add this as a counterpoint to everyone so cheerfully signing her off.
*(Both Phineas Gage and Frida Kahlo survived worse)
