Go to the Account tab in the settings page on the main site and click either the change email or change password/manage 2FA buttons.

Recovery/backup codes are still a preview feature in Keycloak, and we do not have this option enabled.
Make sure to back up your 2FA secrets to ensure you do not lose access to your MangaDex account.
