Use the report button on the manga/chapter/author/group and explain what changes you want to be made, linking to evidence that the request you're making is correct.

If you're reporting a large number of chapters for having the incorrect volume number, please submit a single report for the manga object itself instead and format it like this;

1:1-7
2:8-16.5
3:17-25
etc
Evidence: link to site with volume previews (Amazon, Bookwalker, EBJ, others)

The format is important, as it helps staff perform bulk changes faster.

Please don't submit reports saying "chapters 3 and 4 need to be in volume 1" just specify the entire volume range, it's easier for us.

What is the best way to get covers added? Is it OK to report and then have a link to a mega folder with the Covers that should be added. (also of course a description what you want to have done).

Usually it is better to link to the original source of the cover image (i.e. Bookwalker, Amazon, etc. store page), but if thats not an option something like what you mentioned should be fine.
