English titles for English Speakers? :planned:

I have a very large amount of manga in my follow list but trying to remember the japanese/chinese/korean names are difficult. Is there any way of either the english version being default for english speakers or being able to choose one of the multiple options to show up on the menus, follow list, and so on.

The examples I have that made me come over and write this specifically is "The time my friend wanted to try a skirt" which has now become "Tomodachi ga Skirt haite mitai tte Itte kita Ken" and had no idea what manga it was until I clicked on it. There are multiple others but this was the one that just happened and made me think of it.
