Mc is a wimp.
Usually that's not a problem but when every other character is annoying there is nothing to lift up the mood.

You've got the almost unbearably toxic working environment (coupled with a wimp corporate slave, it is even more infuriating), the tragic fl that is breathing despair at all times, the manipulative yandere childhood friend that wants to decide for mc even though they are not close in any way...

So what, you're telling me I have to keep reading until mc makes something passable and is awfully happy about it while nothing changes for the other characters ? I'm not buying it.

Man, I love manga about a working adult struggling to find their place in society and reconciling their child-like dreams with the reality of holding down a 9 to 5.

oh it got picked up again (although I'm like 6mo late)

I remember wanting to check it out since it seemed interesting and I was in awe of how the artist managed to keep the volume covers continuous for 22vol (and a double-page spread like vol 23-24)
