we've seen that children's book and erio and ange were explicitly called out as looking like them. this is also strongly suggesting that the electric dolls all look the same because they specifically look like fine.

it's not particularly surprising that a lab engineered human myght look a lot like the original body of the ai they fought a war with, especially given who did the whole thing.
