The premise is already said in the manga describtion so I dont need to repeat it. What might be of interest is that there are (at least for the most of the people) only 20 chapters aviable, out of 34 or something. Its still ongoing, not sure how far it will continue, or gets a rushed end as I cant find anyone talking about it.

Anyway, regarding the NTR.
- The douche, up to chapter 20, will fuck and "conquer" at least 3 girls, one of them is a main love interest.
One of them is the hot teacher, the second is a side character but she still plays a important role which sucks, and the from me already said one of the 4 love interests.

So from here you can already said this is a dumpster fire with the focus how the douche steals one girl after another while the MC behaves like your typical cuck/beta-simp and accepts being cucked aslong nothing happens to the FMC. And no, MC dont have sex scenes, or ecchi scenes, let alone the same amout or even more then the douche lol. There is no revenge as nothing hints that way and you shouldnt except anything from it. Yes, but it hides under the fale pretext of "Harem" and that the MC will "save" them. Like on user already mentioned in the ch.1 comments - "This chapter gives you the wrong perception of the manga" (As I was fooled too back then).
However, these who checked the raws, saw thats its a lie and the complete opposite. If you except a Harem manga this is false advertisement as not only they(The main 4 love interest) get fucked + stolen by the douche. The sex scene with him are long and almost every second chapter, while the MC behaves like a simp cuck without a single scene who tries to "think" about a way to stop him, but somehow ever does. Which is obvious since the manga would end righ there, hence the MC keeps on losing except its the FMC to either be stolen too (if the manga gets axed), or saved in the very last chapter if the author wants to wrap things up.

Also you shouldnt forget: Every third chapter MC reimagines/remembers every single NTR route? NTR scenes in the "game" where the FMC gets fucked/stolen by the douche.

It all piles down to the same lame trope of "As long as the FMC is save who cares if the rest gets sacrifised". Hm, no. But im biased. If you look it from a Harem enjoyers eyes then no since:

• MC is the typical cuck simp who somehow wants to save the girls, but keeps on failing and gets multiple times a live cuck show. While he gets frustrated, he dosent make a move at all since the author forces him to stay still. He has some flirty scene/panels with the FMC, but the whole focus is on the douche fucking other girls.
• Douche is your typical NTR dude who cucks the MC. He has it all, looks, big cock and charm. One moment the girls dont like him, next chapter they suck his dick. Chapter after chapter. He isnt smart, nor is here corruption...he just fucks them and he has conquered them lol.
• FMC...well, she somehow is save BUT every third or fourth chapter we get forced to see MC cuck thoughs of how she gets fucked by him time after time after time. Its the typical cuck authors way of saying: "How can I make the FMC have some NTR scene without making it one directly." FMC personality is nothing special, almost shallow
• Rest of the LI(s)...well, there is this short hair with the glasses who has more brains then the MC, but as right now nothing happnes. I thought that she would help in MC quest to "save" them, but all it does just prolonge the pointless dialogs. From ch. 1 - 14 you might think that the MC will somehow save them, but after that it goes downhill fast, but before it was already hinted and indirectly told and even shown what to except...kinda. Also why I say this this manga lies to its readers is because and also hides that its a NTR story labed as a Harem only to piss people off:
