- Yes, a hell of it.
The premise is already said in the manga describtion so I dont need to repeat it. What might be of interest is that there are (at least for the most of the people) only 20 chapters aviable, out of 34 or something. Its still ongoing, not sure how far it will continue, or gets a rushed end as I cant find anyone talking about it.

Anyway, regarding the NTR.
- The douche, up to chapter 20, will fuck and "conquer" at least 3 girls, one of them is a main love interest.
One of them is the hot teacher, the second is a side character but she still plays a important role which sucks, and the from me already said one of the 4 love interests.

So from here you can already said this is a dumpster fire with the focus how the douche steals one girl after another while the MC behaves like your typical cuck/beta-simp and accepts being cucked aslong nothing happens to the FMC. And no, MC dont have sex scenes, or ecchi scenes, let alone the same amout or even more then the douche lol. There is no revenge as nothing hints that way and you shouldnt except anything from it. Its just misery cuck porn in manga format. Once again - How this gets tagged as a Harem is beyond me. I guess its a MangaDex thing of being this incapable

Is this done with the Main lead consenting to it, or is he not? Like is this some kind of open relationship, or something weird like that?

Meaning that is the Quake guy, but he can't jump, he has to use ironsights, gets a bloody screen (so real) when shot at, regen health. So what do you get?
