Whoever is formatting the panels this manga (I don't mean the translators but the author himself or his editor) is an idiot.
Why it seems like all chapters are cut in half or some shit?
Instead of chapter 13 it feels like we are in Chapter 2.99 or something. This doesn't feel like a complete chapter but as if it had been fragmented over and over.
