Not really sure he's quite handsome and he can use his techniques on them but the female lead is already in a relationship with him and I'm sure during this thing even with ryos interference, he will have a chance to make her his for good and will blow it.

The MC is an idiot. He may as just serve his girl up himself at this point.
Like man, you know your friend is plowing everything in his path and you tell him your girl is untouched. He clearly wants your girl's gams and is able to get with women that are considered hard to get.
Stepping outside of eroge logic, if MC's friend is just SA-ing these women then it's a matter of getting them to come forward, but if he slinging dick that good that they won't come forward then that's on them. MC doesn't have to save every girl around him, just focus on his own. Neglecting your girl is how you lose her dumbass.

And that is so 100% what he's going to do sure ryo has told the student council president to get in the way but I think even if they get say one or two perfect chances to seal the deal he will blow it, totally chicken out.

Now he knows from the game what kind of lewd stuff she likes, so make her yours, he's just not going to, so he deserves to lose her
