Based on the cover of the first chapter, this my guess on who is who

From the top right
Gilbert = Butler for Leolde and former assassin. Was suspicious of Leolde at first, becomes really loyal to him later
Sheria = Gilberts Granddaughter. Current head maid for Leolde but later joins Sieg's harem
Issable(?) = Princess Sylvia's maid. Replace Sheria as head maid + spy for Sylvia. Marries Barbarot later in the story
Leolde = our main MC, gets slim later on~
Sylvia = 4th princess of the Kingdom, A sadist and Leolde's fiancee later in the story (She works hard to win his love)

From the right
Sieg = The game's MC, a pretty generic harem MC who keeps getting more and more girls
Claris = Leolde's ex-fiancee, suffers from harassment because of Leolde's success later in the story
Charlotte = The world's strongest mage. Knows about Leolde's isekai knowledge and works with Leolde to make modern stuff

Basically its a political drama, the nobles are trying to gain his favors while Claris was considered a fool for letting go of Leolde who achieved many things. Leolde does however, defend Claris to some extent albeit without her knowing

I would understand his wish for redemption if he was the same character that somehow remembered his past life, as that would mean it 's the same character that committed atrocities that got sudden revelations of how disgusting he was.
But here we have a guy who's brain/consciousness traded places with the pig so it doesn't really make sense for him to feel regretful enough to want to atone.

What i mean is: boy do i not want it to turn into atonement fetish manga.

This seems like a rare case in an isekai where it would be far better for him to find a way to properly explain and show proper proof that he is a reincarnated person who does not have the memories of his body.

It would be hard to make people believe him with his body's past deeds of course, but it would be for the best to properly distance himself from his body's former personality.

Tryint to keep up the charade that he is still the same person is not doing him any good.

That would be a unique and more interesting story. Especially in the case of if he returns to his world the people their will realize Piggy got control of his body again and they will have to act accordingly.
