Not really Yandere but she is really interested in Leolde sudden change in personalityI don't know why but the princess is triggering my yandere sense...
it because manga abridged web novel too much. i am pretty sure the reason gilbert can't kill wyvern and almost give up because he can't both kill wywern and jump to save his daughter at the same momemtum.I don't know about Isabel, but for someone who's supposed to be a strong veteran, Gilbert gave up too fast even though that wyvern was still close enough for MC to eventually snipe it and for him to catch the falling Sheria afterward.
Also, an electric attack like that should have also hurt Sheria.
I checked the web novel chapter 26-27 and the manga actually changed A LOT.it because manga abridged web novel too much.
it make sense it web novel at least.
I can see this manga adaptation chose to make things a lot "better", haha. Who knows why. Maybe the mangaka thought Leold can't be made so decisive so early in the story, but that change ended up ruining all the dynamics in the battle.I checked the web novel chapter 26-27 and the manga actually changed A LOT.
First and foremost, Leold in webnovel was decisive, moved fast, and never thought about running away and abandoning Sheria.
There were three wyverns. Being a close fighter he is, Gilbert could only kill the wyvern one by one. While killing the first wyvern, the other two attacked the mansion. While killing the second one, the third one already broke the mansion's wall and took Sheria. Gilbert jumped to the third wyvern to kill it, but coincidentally the spooked wyvern placed Sheria in front of Gilbert's approaching punch. Gilbert pulled back his attack and fell back to the ground, and by then the wyvern was already too high for him to reach. He could only glare at the wyvern when Leold came and suddenly ordered him to get ready to catch Sheria. Leold then aimed his palm towards wyvern's head before unleashing his railgun-like lightning attack; piercing the wyvern's head and insta-killing it. Gilbert then intercepted Sheria's fall and brought her to the ground safely.
i feel like manga going to be f-ck up somehow. other than medicore art (tbf not that bad)I checked the web novel chapter 26-27 and the manga actually changed A LOT.

Welp, yeah. And he's going to love it."WAIT FOR ME LEOLD HARVEST! I SHALL SOON JUDGE YOU!!"
.... Why do I get the sneaking suspicion that Our Boy is about to get saddled with a yandere princess?
It's a Japanism.I can see this manga adaptation chose to make things a lot "better", haha. Who knows why. Maybe the mangaka thought Leold can't be made so decisive so early in the story, but that change ended up ruining all the dynamics in the battle.
