but you said something that might explain why the interactions feel uncomfortable, they arent too emotional when they talk or hang out, not like they have to over emote but the way they are drawn goes past relaxed and calm expressions. Maybe that's why it feels uneasy, they feel emotionless most of the time

her body not looking right to me might be a me issue tbh, the way her lower body is massive yet her torso/tum looks like it's being compressed by a corset is what bothers me the most

If you take a look at their earlier pornographic works, the ladies actually have the same T&A proportions as they do here, but the rest of the body is also filled out so it look way more natural.

The FMC here is very much based on the FMC in "Saijaku Gal wa Ikizurai!". The latter just works so much better.

I get this is a manga about fitness, dysmorphia, and achieving your own aesthetic. However, objectively speaking, the FMC's body here just goes so far beyond that it's just unsettling. Most of the time, the lens we're viewing her through is from others. If it was all through her own eyes, it'd make sense. But it's not. On top of that, as far as I'm aware, the proportions here just aren't even physically possible even with corsets.

Yeah I'm getting a bit bored too. I wish the author would play with their dynamic a bit more.
After reading up to chapter 52, I don't really care to continue this manga. Nothing actually develops much further from here on. I mean, she forms a closer relationship with the body building model but beyond that it's still mostly the same stuff.
I'm down for fitness-focused stories but it's more fitness than story, and all this stuff is just a refresher for me.
