Error message when Upload new Chapter

I just starting get this error since 1d ago, when upload bar reach 100% then "something went wrong with your upload" error is showing up.
I'm already checked everything like zip, filename and connection issue, even trying upload using my android still facing same problem...
Is this just me / my account or something happen with MangaDex?!

it's actually happening to me, i try to upload it with a vpn, a second account, my second computer and my phone but in the end not a single things i try work, so i need help if you have the soluce
