Do you mean the 'Atelier Eschatology' one? This is just my guess, since I don't actually know Japanese, but I've seen 'to' used to mean 'and' - like 'Ushio to Tora'. In which case, the title could be 'Escha to Logy no Atelier' = 'Escha & Logy's Atelier', or something like that.

If my guess is right, Escha to Logy -> Eschatology is a cross - language pun. Kinda neat.

Yep, that's the one, for that reason. And yes, it's not the first time a non translated conjunction do it's thing.
