thanks for the chapter. I get a kick out of this MC he's a hoot. His situation and mindset at this point is completely understandable he's in an alien environment that even with the expeditions he knows relatively little about because he can't really send any of his people to interact with the only country/civilization they've encountered so far because either a most of them look monstrous or even those that can pass as human could potentially do something that would cause a war which he taking into account his kingdom's situation doesn't feel their ready for.
His paranoia and fears are understandable, he's not some extremely powerful, elite entity he just a regular human whose only powers he has so far are primarily administrative and his communication skills. The only other power he has, his summoning, he's justified in being afraid it could backfire on him and if that were to happen while he's alone would result in his permadeath. Hence his experimenting. He's just a fairly normal fragile human with some extremely powerful and scary looking subordinates that he doesn't fully understand in part because of the game's original npc interface/interactions and the fact these are now living beings that have the potential to act differently then they would have in the game so its natural that he's scared and uncomfortable around them. It hasn't clicked for him yet that they feel true loyalty and adoration towards him in part because he is so fragile and still acts to take care of them. It seems that in this chapter he just begins to understand that they are "people" to and not just a quirky/glitchy NPC like in the case of some of Rushka's behavior.
Based on foreshadowing he likely will end up summoning that legendary beast at some point and now he feels guilt over his mistake causing something to die, and his brainfart regarding its summoning conditions, as soon as he "created" it and even though it was dying it still showed him loyalty. I think the reason why they are responding to him like they are right now is because they saw his sadness regarding his mistake and the expedition forces may partially blame themselves for causing his blunder, which would only be partially true because he was extremely nervous at the time regardless so anything could have led to his fumble, and they know he is having a "rough time" managing the kingdom at the moment. Plus this is probably the first time 5 of them have interacted with him directly.

the mc's personality is really fucking annoying (even if it makes sense if this happened to a real human), if he doesn't man up soon and still keeps acting like a chicken then I will have to drop even tho everything else is great, the mc acting like a shy kid ruins everything

So he didn't realize that undead zombies could die from the sun? makes no sense at all. he should have known, because he's been playing this game for a long time. plus all the time he spent 5 days, what were you doing?
someone who is already an expert in the game, doesn't know that undead zombies can be destroyed by sunlight. the plot was too forced, to the point that basic logic was meaningless.
