Personal experience, none of those foul stuff. They used to put black boxes here and there, but I haven't seen one anymore (it might depend on the country). I haven't even paid a dime to them.

I like that the knight that thought mud was gross was so blown away by how cool that was, he became an instant fan.
I'm a fan too, I want more cool moments!
Also, the backstory and setting are interesting. The idea of an elf being a career soldier/knight in a mainly human force for decades and decades, building up experience and skill, that's pretty sick/cool.
