Nope. If she's literally in the middle of the ocean with no land in sight, she'd just end up panicking eventually and dying. Even if you just float on your back, it will still take some energy to maintain it. And even if they could maintain it, they'll get cooked by the sun and dehydrate real fast. Or something like a shark might decide to take a bite out of her to taste if it's worth eating.
