She asks to remove his hand while last chapter she sat on him for a long time - more like you bothered him more than he did (did not get the vibe that she was intimidating him, it was just odd). Also, I get that bad people were after her so it kept her occupied but her new friend who helped her is in deep trouble and probably sexually abused like the bad guys threatened, so I expected her to hurry or feel a need of urgency. Like girl, get your priorities straight.
I do like this series so far tho, but I think I will find a plothole too illogical to ignore along the line. I really love series with a female protagonist that is way stronger than the rest of the cast, so I will give it a honest chance.
Edit: the joke that she perfectly draws someone in the mud with a stick while his is some abstract art really got to me
