I guess that if you do enough research on the brain then yes it can definitely be male in the sense that it belongs to a male body as brains adapt to the gender of the body including the hormone regulation which greatly varies between males and females. Hormones is what gives you a larger body frame, different bone structures, varying muscle structure and growth, etc. Not to mention that with a male brain you'd know how to control a penile tissue as the connections have been made etc. Different bodies and genders have diff connections in the brain
